WAVO World Recognised Valuer (WAVO WRV)
Increasingly, property valuation is a cross-border issue. Investors, international financial institutions and private individuals from all over the world buy and sell real estate in Germany and are looking for property valuers whom they can trust for their transactions.
In view of this, a WAVO mark has been created which can document high quality and valuation expertise worldwide to international clients, uniformly and transparently.
The title of WAVO World Recognised Valuer (WAVO WRV) is conferred by WAVO’s member associations to appraisers who meet the applicable criteria. HypZert (F) and (MLV) valuers meet these strict requirements in full, so that HypZert can freely award the HypZert WAVO WRV title to all appropriately certified valuers.
If you are interested, please send an e-mail to seehaus@hypzert.de and confirm that your details (title, first name, surname and company) may be sent to WAVO for publication in the directory of valuers on the WAVO website (www.wavoglobal.org).
